How it works
Each level has a carrier that travels along a central aisle. A vertical lift moves cars between the entry level and the storage levels, where the carrier picks up the pallet and places it in a free bay on either side. Several carriers work at the same time, so retrievals overlap rather than queue.
Works best in regular, rectangular footprints. Height per level is set by the maximum car height; typical systems run 2 to 6 levels.
Applications

High-density, high-throughput parking for a busy public basement.
FAQ
Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer or message us on WhatsApp.
Puzzle systems shuffle pallets to open a path. Plane moving systems use a dedicated carrier on each level and a lift, so they handle larger capacities and higher traffic.
Users present an IC card, ticket or PIN at the entry terminal. The control system assigns a bay, stores the car and returns it on request.
Yes. It is commonly used for public car parks and can connect to ticketing and payment systems.
Guides

Use the lift-slide capacity formula to estimate how many cars a puzzle parking system holds, with layout tables for 2 to 6 levels and tips on columns, entries and pallets.
